| Description: A food-grade dried permeate-powder made from membrane separation of milk whey that has been pasteurized, cultured, drained from the curd, and is obtained by the removal of water only from the resulting serum by evaporation. The raw milk is screened for antibiotic residues using approved methods by a certified analyst prior to receipt.
