Skim Milk (SMP-3309)

Interface Protein Technology, Inc. USA donated 2800 cases of SAGE-2 nutraceutical drink product to the States Food Bank.  SAGE-2 showed antiviral activity against influenza virus A based on a cell line challenge study in the USA.

   

Skimmed Milk Preparation (SMP-3309) is a dried food-grade product made from fresh skimmed cow milk.  The product is made to conform to the commodity standards for USDA Extra Grade None Fat Dried Milk as described in 7CFR §58.813, 21CFR §131.125, and will meet or exceed the requirements set forth by The American Dairy Products Institute. Available in medium-heat to high-heat, calcium enriched, and with or without added vitamins.
