IPT

Oversea Facilities

 

IPT (Fujian), Inc.

A 50/50 jointly owned IPT oversea subsidiary established for making specialty dairy products including prepared edible fat and processed cheese. This subsidiary is a key production base for providing products to southern China markets, while it also produces products to export to other countries.

 

MINDY Biotech

A pilot facility in Ningbo/China established for developing new products: a platform for prove of principle in new technology commercialization. This facility also commercializes products. Several new technologies as well as patents are developed in this facility.

 

IPT Trading (Shanghai), Inc.

A IPT wholly owned subsidiary in Shanghai/China dedicated to import, market, and sell products including dairy ingredient trading businesses. IPT Shanghai imports several thousands of metro tones of dairy products every month.

 

JIFA Biotech, Inc.

A wholly owned IPT oversea subsidiary established in 2003, which is a well-developed platform for commercializing nutraceutical products. JIFA also manages private labeling projects for IPT in the area and facilitates importations of IPT products through Xiamen port.

 

FOISON IMPORT/ EXPORT CO.

A jointly owned IPT oversea subsidiary with registered capitals equivalent to about USD$5MM, which is a newly developed IPT key importation platform in China with strong buying capacity and bank credit supports (over USD$10 MM).  Core businesses are importations of dairy and food ingredients.
