Worldwide well-managed supplying & in /exporting system
IPT global operation system
has stablished a well-managed protein
supply-chain (in/exportation system) to guarantee a constant supply
of key dairy ingredients for internal uses as well as for our oversea customers with world-class
technical supports. Our current system can handle over 500 MT of
products on ONE day into customs in China. In addition, our logistic
system can manage products shipped to anywhere in the world with
minimized costs. |

WHEYLESS Cheese Technologies
As one of the key technologies
developed by IPT Dairy Division, this unique platform enables productions of cheese products
without whey separation, at locations anywhere close to the market, and
are convenient to operation under minimized capital investments.
IPT Dairy has successfully commercialized the technologies in China
in year 2006, and currently supplies related ingredients (high functional dairy protein ingredients
) to customers globally. |

Leveraging Enzyme Reactions at Interfaces
While only a few scientists
realize and/or observed un-normal enzyme reaction kinetics at interfaces
of multi-phases systems, the application of controlled enzymatic
reactions at interfaces have not yet been well-explored to date.
IPT scientists have developed its proprietary technologies to enable a defined
enzymatic reaction rate and targeted production of desired end products under a much shorter period of reaction time.
IPT Enzyme Division has developed several proprietary technologies in
applied enzymology area. |

Molecular Level Modifications of Proteins
Protein interactions, either
intermolecular or intra-molecular, are the most comprehensive systems to
be defined and leveraged kinetically and/or dynamically.
Therefore, the modification of proteins at molecular level and its
commercial applications have not yet been explored. As pioneers in
the area of interface protein technology, IPT scientists are capable of making desired products from food proteins through molecular level modifications
via either enzymatic or other approaches. |

Interface Biotechnology
This technology platform is able
to leverage
the interactions / communications / dynamic flows
of cell surface components (currently focus on cell surface carbohydrates and their commercial applications),
and the dynamic follow of components through cell surfaces.
IPT Health Division is a pioneer in the area of commercializing sialic
acid (NANA) enriched dietary supplements.
NANA (N-Acetylneuraminic acid), the representative of the family of sialic acids, is an important molecule in biological recognition systems that are essential components of glyco-conjugates located on the surface of the cell membrane that playing a prominent role in a large number of biological processes. |
